Our primary objective is to generate products and provide services which are satisfy our contractual obligations for the Customer, and to comply with necessary statutory requirements. To achieve that goal, we will establish, maintain and continually improve, the Quality Management System.
TIC management has overall responsibility for quality of work and ensures that all staff are briefed and qualified for the duties that they are required to undertake. Employees understand how the policy is implemented and maintained through the following means: new employee orientation, company orientation, employee manual, Quality and mission statements, Health Safety and Environment manual, environmental education orientation, as well as through the ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 program.
Our policy will be reviewed not less than two times during the project to ensure its continuing relevance and appropriateness.
